anyone for heavy,tired eyed tiredness?

had this for a while on and off but for the last 3 weeks its started in the early afternoon and stayed for the remainder of the day.

heavy eyed type of feeling - by evening my eyes are baggier ( than usual ) and a little red - not pleasant.

I've previously had blood tests and ecg - its not thyroid,heart or circulation problems - I now suspect its probably anxiety.

The only cure for this seems to be let it run its course and eventually it will disappear but in the meantime life is fairly glum.....:(

anyone else had this?

Yes, I get like this too, I find fresh air really help, if your too tired to go for a walk, be a passenger in the car (if you can) with the windows wide open and blowing on your face x
