I have recently started taking propranolol 80mg about an hour before bed (11 O`clock) but over the last three nights have had great difficulty in falling asleep. Also I am sure that the effects of the propranolol diminish from about 6:00 in the evening...
Can an anyone tell me if its OK to take Stugeron as this has the effect of making me very sleepy?
