How to find a psychiatrist

My Dr has referred me twice but my ex counsellor works where all referrals go and she won't let me have a referral so now I need to find a private one. I have no money for one so will have to try and get a loan. How do I find one though, google has done nothing. I just want a diagnosis for why I am so different and why I have struggled since I was born. Until I get a diagnosis I won't be happy and I am ruining my relationship with my sister because of it

go back to your GP and explain the issue, your GP has overall responsibility for your care so start to make noises with him/her first.
