cant seem to hear my hearbeat anymore

ive been sufferring from tinnitus and tonite when i lay down i noticed i couldnt hear my heartbeat in my ears im sure i could before, when i went to the drs my blood pressure was perfect, but could i have a blockage somewhere, im freakin out now please help.

Could be that you just weren't focusing on it as much as when you can hear it.
I used to worry about heart rate and hearing my heartbeat. I swore it was too fast or too slow constantly! Had all the tests and the doc said I was fine but just couldn't convince myself that I didn't have heart issues.
I went to the doc once and told him "I was laying in bed and couldn't hear my heartbeat! There must be something wrong with my heart!"
He told me, "Sandy, if your heart had stopped, you'd definitely know it!!"
I don't know why that statement helped but it made me want to stop focusing on it so much.
If you've been to the doc and gotten a clean bill of health then try not to focus on it so much.
