I help run a self help group for anxiety/OCD/panic/phobia sufferers in Addlestone - we meet at the community centre there on the 2nd and 4th wednesdays of every month 7.30 til 9.

We are an established group with usually 5 to 8 people in attendance. Coffee and cake supplied :-)

My colleagues also run a depression group at the same time in the same centre but using a nearby room.

If you are interested, pm me or just come along one evening.
