Hi - I suffer from anxiety-related dizziness when I am in crowds / queues in shops etc which is really getting me down.
Does anyone suffer from the same?
I would prefer to stay away from prescribed medication, so wondered if anyone had tried any herbal supplements and found these to be helpful to alleviate dizziness / unsteady feelings.
Any help would be much appreciated
