Worried -- Please help

Hi,
I'm really worried I have mouth cancer.
I have noticed a few pimples, at the bottom of my lip inside my mouth.
It feels funny when I run my tongue across it and now I've convinced myself it is mouth cancer and am scared.
Can someone advise?
