i feel like im dying.

earlier i tugged and tugged on my hair to get it go right and now my eyes feel funny and i dont feel like they belong to me. neither does my forehead. i feel like my head belongs to someone else. like im not here but i am. :shrug:

To be fair, I thought this site was for people who couldn't think logically about their symptoms and worries? If we all just realised that our thoughts were irrational then we wouldn't be so anxious!
