prozac to citalopram?? plz help

hi all my names pamela and i have been on prozac for 12 weeks and it done nothing but made my mood worse and caused me weight gain, so from yest my doctor changed me to citalopram 10mg, i have been feeling very dizzy and heart pulps and very warm, is this all normal?

did you just swap straight away or did you lower you dose of prozac first .i know when i swapped i had to come off the other slowly and then take it every other day then i went a week before starting the citalopram.
