Back on it!!!

Well my doctor put me back on this med as I was on prozac and it didnt agree with me. I explained my side effects and she said this one will help me out. Im pleased in a way because these did work before. I think prozac are bad for some people and yes for me they seemed to disagree. I am going 2 start taking my 10mg of Cit again and up to 20mg in few days.

Im glad you have a medication that suits you. I was prescribed Prozac a few years ago, It made me well during the day but totaly destroyed any chance of sleep. I take Citalopram now, and can honestly say its the best med I have ever taken

Citalopram suited me, it took a long time to kick in but final effects are great and long lasting! Tried weaning off but not ready yet!

cit did a good job for me - g'luck.

My psych. suggested Cit. ( Celexa here in usa ).
What are the common side effects and how long. I am 56 years old. Don't know if harder effects when older.
