Stemetil

Does anybody use this? I used to take it for a week when I had bad anxiety and virtigo, I just fouund it again and it doesn't go off until 2012 and i'm having bad vertigo atm so was going to take again but the label has worn off an i have no idea how much I used to take/what the dosage is

It's Stemetil 5mg/5ml Syrup.
Can anybody help?

stemetil is used to treat nausea and vomiting and short term treatment of anxiety, i would ask your doctor before taking it however.

Midnight Calm, forget the Stemetil and try and slow your breathing. Chronic hyperventilation causes the vertigo/dizziness aspect with anxiety. Get someone to check your breathing rate obviously when you are not aware. If resting it should be around 8-12 breaths a min but I bet yours is nearly 16-20 plus. If so that is the reason for your symptoms and sensations.
