Scared of people.

Hi I am new on here, I like to talk about my phobia I can't go out when there is crowds, I panic and think they are talking about me. I feel paranoid I know I suffer with anxiety and other problems. I need help

i, too, am afraid when going to crowd.

i feel as if I want to escape.

But it takes 45 minutes to go back home.


So you do suffer the same thing.

I too have felt the same way. I'm on Citalopram, an SSRI antidepressant for my anxiety and it's helping. (:
