CPN tomorrow

OOOOOOOOOOHHHHH totally been in a state today Ive got my first appointment with CPN in the morning at 10.Ive just filled in my mental questionaire I dont think Ive done well [V]
The last time I did one was in 2000 after I had my youngest son.
So worried not just with having to go meet a stranger and not knowing what to expect :(but also the actual act of going outside,I dont know which bit is worse.
There is no way I can cancel or get out of it as if I miss I will be took off there list it says it on the letter.[:I]but I suppose that is a good thing means I have no choice but to take this first step.

If only it was that easy.I try to look for the positive in life but its hard to swich off that "what if" in my head.[V]
Im just glad its early so I dont have ages to think about it.
