Hi, my names Emily and I'm from Merseyside. I have been suffering from panic disroder and associated agrophobia for a couple of months now. I joined so I could talk to fellow sufferers as my husband doesn't really understand what I am going through (thinks I can switch it off). I am due to start a course of CBT on Sunday after completely wreaking a holiday in London (state of high anxiety and panic for 4 days). Hope this is going to help. Also have extreme dizzyness which is driving me mad!
