Even though I am a cheerful person, like many here I struggle with things that can have a negative impact on me.
It's so ingrained for me that I dont always recognise the progress I make or good things I have achieved.
To that end, I would just like to announce:

Anyone feeling good today?????
I am having a busy & stressy week at work (covering for someone who is away so my workload has increased by miles)
But.... Having had a dodgy Monday, a better Tuesday.... Today was much better.
I am working hard, getting loads done and..... Getting respect from my manager because (as she put it) I am working like stink!
There I was worrying I'd get criticised for not doing it all fast enough or in the right order, but the opposite has happened and I am being praised pretty cool huh?
Meanwhile I am cycling to and from work as well ....
yay!!! you feeling happy helped me feel happy, glad you are getting the respect you deserve at work :)
