is there any good online sites that help you change the way you think? i recently came out the hosiptal after a nervous breakdown,have sufferd with genralised anxiety disorder and depression for a few years now. on so much medication it costs me a fortune so cant really afford to go to therapy aswell. need to find online help with changing the way i think
Did you get any cbt in hospital. Right you can go to Mood Gym or Living Life to the The Full. Do a google and search for free online cbt and you might come up with some more. Dunno what country you're in but in UK we have Fearfighter which is run by NHS.
Also do a little search on positive thinking online - you'll be surprised at what you come up with.
