Best to take morning or night?
I am currently on 60mg duloxetine for 3 weeks after stopping mirtazapine. I take it at around 8.30pm every night but I wake up every hour and am only getting around 2 hours sleep a night would taking it in the morning help me sleep better would love to hear other people's stories

Duloxetine comes in a slow-release formulation so in theory the time of day it's taken shouldn't make much difference, but in practice it may do so switching to taking it in the AM might work. Duloxetine can be fairly activating initially so if switching doesn't help you may need to take something to help you sleep. Low dose mirtazapine is often used for this, as is trazodone also at low doses.

Good advice from panic down under
Are you taking any other medication in the morning?
