Emetophobia - Therapy?

Hi, just wondered if anyone on here has tried NLP for their emetophobia - and did it work? I've tried Analytical Hypnotherapy, no result :weep:

Erm, I might be being a bit ignorant here... but what is NLP?

Sorry - Neuro Linguistic Programming. Apparently, we can 'reprogram' our minds so that we don't get the fear/panic.

Ah, okay - thanks for that. I've not come across it before, but I am intrigued - will google it!
