Anyone else struggle with temperature fluctuation but when checked it’s normal?

Hi there everyone, this is a first post for me on anything like this but just wanting to see if anyone could offer advice or have similar experiences to help me. I have had a really hard time with anxiety this year but a new symptom has emerged for me and it has been causing me some distress. I keep noticing my temperature and how hot or cold I am and then i ask others whether they are hot or cold and it triggers and escalates anxious thoughts. But it has gradually gotten worse and I can be feeling boiling but told that my temperature reading is fine and today I have hit a low with it as went for a walk to try and walk off my anxiety and my mind just fixated on my body temperature. Does anyone else have this happen to them and if so can you please get in touch as it will ease my mind. Thankyou
