I took them for a while a good few years ago, cant remember if they gave me wind or upset tum, but they did nothing to help my anxiety, maybe others have had a different experience, sorry i cant be of more help to you.

The night time ones were the worst for me,I used to take 4.They gave me a terrible upset stomach,its a side effect of the Valerian in them. Suex
I haven't taken Kalms but Suzy-sue is right 'cos I took Valerian several years ago and was in agony with my stomach so would not try anything with Valerian in it again. XXXX
Hmm, just bought some Kalms but if it's going to upset my stomach I'm reluctant to take them.
The main thing bugging me with my attacks is the bad stomach feelings. That's what I want to get rid of, not enhance.
