child bennefit and CSA

Advice please

I know somebody who was claiming Child benefit whilst their child was working full time for nearly 6 months!

CB finaly caught up with the person and the benefit has been sanctioned and stopped (which means the CSA payments can stop) however the person has since re enrolled the 'child' in education and the person is now putting an appeal in with CB for payments to be resumed.. (to get CSA payments resumed)

has anyone had experience with this type of thing? what are the chances of CB resuming? or do they not take to well to fraud?

any help please would be great.. and NO this person is not me
