Magnesium
Anyone tried it to help? Apparently you need to take it for a while before any difference is notes. Iv taken a supplement for a month, and I am sure I feel a little lighter
I am reading The Magnesium Miracle by Carolyn dean MD. Its fantastic with regards to anxiety and depression, although she recommends other supplements as well, not just magnesium alone; Worth a read.

Re: Magnesium
Hi I have been taking for about 6 weeks (along with Vit C, Vit B, Evening primrose). I think it has helped. I feel calmer. I still have my moments, just now freaked out about a work issue, but got over it quickly and no tears!
I am going to keep on taking!

Re: Magnesium
My boyfriend and I both suffer from mental health issues. We also both crave chocolate during sleep!! When I googled this, it said this was due to a lack of magensium levels in the body.....weird eh?

Re: Magnesium
Hi all.
Apparently a deficiency of calcium or magnesium can produce panic or anxiety, so you need to be taking both. If you already have enough in your system then you probably wont see any benefits but its definitely worth a shot.
