Going to see cardiologist

Hi
Have posted on here lots of times mostly in the night, feeling
like I do now scared anxious,shaking heart racing and this happens always when I have fallen asleep for anything up to a hour then just suddenly wake feeling likes
this and my heart rate can be 110 bpm and just drop with in minutes to
65, and one time has low has 57 the consultant who I see for lupus said
these episodes are not right and he thinks a 24 hour heart monitor and
to see cardiologist is what I need
