Is it worth it to take inositol with IBS acting up strongly? I'd like to try it again and see if it does me any good, but my IBS has been really acting up this last week and I don't want to take it...and not absorb it in my system. I'd basically be flushing it down the drain. I'd like to get it into my body.. not go through me :P.
