Hi guys just wanted to vent and get some possitive feedback...as some of you know my history on no more panic..my life is still the same and are finding each day so hard suffering with anxiety and depression.today just feel heavy and low..no job no friends no real certain future.and just see life to be so grey and dull..hat my life over the last year since spliting from my 15 year marage and kids...just dsnt seem to be getting any easer
Greg I know it seems like a long time to you but for all that you have gone through I really would not expect you to have got over it all yet. Any news on the dvd thing yet? Life can seem like it is so harsh sometimes. It would be easy to say 'Life is what you make it' To a certain extent that is true but not always as easy to do.
Have you checked out the MIND support groups in your area? What sort of support are you getting now that you have moved? You really must try to stay focused on positive things (I know they may be hard to think of at the moment but there will be some) Set yourself some goals and work hard at them. I really sincerely hope that this year will get better for you. :hugs::hugs:
