Anyone titrated up 5mg because they were almost there but not quite?

I'm almost ok. Was on the level and recovering at 40mg, up from 20 but few drinks and bit of stress knocked me back into anxiety and mild depression.

Anyone titrated up 5mg before because of similar situation where they were almost there but not quite?

Have the occasional bad nights sleep when the paroxetine makes me quite activated. Also up and down mood between elated and then negative thoughts pop in from knowhere. Think this is because the meds are playing tug of war with my condition. Maybe the extra 5mg will tip the balance.
