quit smoking, quit xanax, horrible feelings :"(

I dont kno wat to say or where to start. I just found out i was pregnant on friday, so ive quit smoking and ive stopped taking my xanax. I dont think im experiencing withdrawals from the xanax because ive only been taking a 1/2 of a .25 for about 6-8 mnths. Ive been smoking 1/2 pack to a pack of cigarettes for about 8 yrs. Im extremely dizzy, im soooo tired, i cant sleep at night, i have horrible chest tightness, i feel just out of body. Im sure being pregnant now, my body is actin crazy neway, but r these feelings normal? My anxiety hasnt even been as bad as it was wen i was taking the xanax. Please sumone help me if uve been through this...
