Accidentally inhaled some plastic fumes…

Hi everyone,

I’m feeling very anxious. I’m out at a cottage in another state and we had a bonfire going. Someone put in some plastic to burn and I inhaled some fumes for a few seconds before getting out of the way of the smoke.

My nostrils burned a little bit but I went and did a salt water nasal rinse.

Im worried about lung related issues in general so this is setting my anxiety off a bit. Can inhaling plastic be harmful if it’s only for a few seconds? It felt like so many chemicals
