Buzzy and woozy back of head, full head sensation, feeling faint

Is this normal? It is freaking me out. I feel waves of back of head/forehead/lip buzziness mixed with a rolling up of the eyes feeling (passing out feeling) or feeling like I have a sudden shot of vertigo. It comes and goes regardless of what i am doing or how preoccupied I am but is most prevelant when still.

Is this common with stressed or panic attack sufferers? This specifically? Ty ...just want to know if anyone else gets this and its okay
