Can anxiety cause Suppressed Immune system after having a possible HIV exposure?

Please, I am so stressed that it is suppressing my immune system as per my reports. I am a guy. I am describing all the details and exposure periods:

05 March 2018 (First Sexual Exposure): I hired an escort and she gave me a blowjob for some minutes and we kissed deeply. This was the only sexual activity that night, just receiving the oral sex.

15th April 2018 (After 6 weeks): I tested negative for Gonorrhea and Syphilis and I had no symptom of Herpes or anything. I was so stressed and I was reading every day about HIV for hours.

27th April 2018 (Second Sexual Exposure): I was feeling lightheaded and itching spots on my body. I went to an escort and she gave me a condom protected blow-job and I also tried to insert penis in her vagina but after 15 seconds I took it out because I was so scared of HIV despite having a condom on. I was wearing Durex Extra thick protected condom to be on the safe side.

After this second exposure I was so worried about HIV and I kept reading all day about it on the internet and I started feeling lightheaded every day and I couldn't focus on my work and I was so worried that what would happen that If there was something on her floor that day or maybe I touched my penis after touching her vagina. I was thinking about possibilities all day long. So I decided to take a test.

07th July 2018: (after 14 weeks of first exposure, after 10 weeks of second exposure): I took an ELISA 4th Generation Anti-HIV 1&2 test, Anti-HCV (Hepatitis C) test, and CBC (Complete Blood Count) test. Here are the results:

Anti-HCV: Non-Reactive (CUTOFF Value = 1.00 , PATIENT Value = 0.08)

Anti-HIV 1&2: Non-Reactive (CUTOFF Value = 1.00 , PATIENT Value = 0.06)

CBC, Complete Blood Count: Everything is in between normal ranges except for 'LYMPHOCYTES'. Lymphocytes are supposed to be in-between 20% - 50% but mine is 19%.

Hb: 17.3 (g/dl)
Total RBC: 6.0 (x10^12/l)
HCT: 50%
MCV: 85 (fl)
MCH: 29(pg)
MCHC: 34 (g/dl)
Platelet Count: 313(x10^9/l)
WBC Count (TLC): 7.4(x10^9/l)
Neutrophilis: 73%
Lymphocytes: 19%
Monocytes: 07%
Eosinophilis: 01%

After reading abnormal lymphocytes value I was so worried that I developed a headache and I couldn't sleep whole night because of mild fever type symptoms and my body was shaking and I was thinking all night that it is HIV somehow and I will die.

Please if someone could answer in detail, I will appreciate it and It will help me a lot. I have booked an appointment with a psychiatrist too.

Haven't you discussed the results with a doctor?

I have to wonder, why take the risks you do in light of your fears? Much safer to watch internet porn and date Palmela Handerson if you know what I mean :shades:

Those are NORMAL results! (and don't start with lymphocytes reading a point off. It's 100% inconsequential!)

Hi, thank you for replying. Yea now porn is my way of life. Seriously it is much better. So btw, my results are all normal except for that 01% lower lymphocytes. I hope that you are right. I just suffer from health anxiety problems and I keep searching on google about all these symptoms and consequences leading to cancers and things.

I haven't visited my doc yet. I have scheduled an appointment for that.

This is a really influential quote and I think I should quit my job and live the rest of my days on an island drinking and having beach parties or fixing boats.

I agree with FMP on this one.

Why don't you save your money (on escorts) and put your energy into finding a monogamous relationship, then you won't have these worries.
Also you can't get HIV from oral sex, even unprotected. Any reports of HIV caught this way is because the person engaged in other forms of sex as well as oral.
