Crisis point reached and thought I had already hit crisis point!

Hi,

Just looking for people to empathise with really. I have been diagnosed/misdiagnosed with so many 'labels' over the years but right from the start just asked for help with panic attacks (from the MH team) Unfortunately my begs were ignored as they seemed more interested in the gory details. So after 19 years in the MH service I have discharged myself (except from my Psych as I am on Clonazepam and that can not be unsupervised, plus he seems to understand my muted words when I try to speak to him)

Personally for me the most debilitating thing throughout my life has been the panic, anxiety and shame. So, thought I'd join here to connect with people that maybe feel the same and hopefully help others out with things I have learned.
