Hi all I havent posted for quite some time as I have been going through some serious mega hell with my daughter I wont bore you with the gory details, when I last came on here I posted a thread with the following link which seemed to help some people so I thought I would post it again as it has improved quite a lot. http://www.wavelit.com/?ch=Wildlife&sh=africam its like being on safari in your own living room and is especially useful at this time of night when there not that many people still up, it gives you something to focus on, I can say from personal experience that this has helped calm me down many a time panic wise, and has excited me too when Ive seen various animals. hope it helps like it did last time.
