I recently upped my dose of Prozac to 20mg. However, I have started spotting between periods. Have any other females experienced this side effect? I'm almost sure it has to be the medication, as on the days I go down to 10mg I don't have the problem. I really don't want to stop taking it, but the abnormal bleeding makes my HA go through the roof, as I start thinking about cancer of the cervix, uterus, etc.
