Palpitations, likely anxiety?

Hi. 18 y/o. I have had various heart tests a year ago due to some tachycardia and all of them were great, and I've been feeling awesome since then. Today I experienced palpitations while sitting and not doing much, pretty much all day on and off. What I noticed however is that whenever I go for a walk, while I'm walking, it never happens. I had a 2 hr walk without a single palpitation happening, it's only when I am still and focus that it happens.

Anyone experience the same?
