wish people would keep their illness stories to themselves

so a customer just told me him his wife and kids had all had the sick bug all weekend . Why mention it ? I told him to keep away from me as i have a huge phobia which of course he found funny , i said no mate i mean it i really have to which he didn't say much more .

cue the next 5 minutes scrubbing my hands . Trouble is while doing the job i wiped my nose so of course now in panic mode .

really annoys me as id rather just not know , its hard enough as it is
