Do you have favourite songs you listen to in order to relax?
I create playlists of my favourite songs on YouTube and I listen to them in order to distract myself and to relax.
Here are the latest songs on my playlist:
Vida - Boombox
Redlight - Lost In Your Love
Noisettes - Winner
Angel - Wonderful
Cover Drive feat Dappy - Explode (this is my favourite song at the moment, it's very summery, uplifting and catchy).
Coldplay feat Rihanna - Princess of China (Kiss FM remix)
Florence & The Machine - Spectrum (Calvin Harris remix)
Foster The People - Miss You
Anyone else want to share their playlist (or a list of their favourite songs at the moment)?

Funnily enough I'm calming myself now by listening to some old school rock !.
Although it may not be relaxing to some , it takes me back to being a teenager and not being worried so much :)

Music is brilliant for distracting you. It's no cure, but it helps at the time.
Love some of the songs you've all listed - Baba O'Reilly is amazing.Take that's Rule the World is a brilliant song.Love some Florence and the Machine too.
Some of my recent favourites are Bob Dylan's Not Dark Yet(depressing Lyrics, but an amazing song)

I like sad songs, but I'm not one for feeling sad for myself.Just enjoy them for some reason.
