aww hunny this is natural after a break in id be the same
the compulsion to check is something ive experienced too
i live in wales and once sent my hb back from n yorks to check the fire was off, even tho id checked. it was easier for him to check than live with me for the weekend on hol
the only thing i can suggest is that i only open certain windows, the rest are kept locked, then at least u have les to check, but i dont know whether that will satisfy ur worry

Milly is right, i was broken into in april this year whilst i was in bed and then again last weekend. I cant stay in my house on my own and am paranoid that it is going to happen again. You are not alone chick xx
