I am actually pretty sure I have MS. Scared.
For the past few weeks I've felt these symptoms:
1. feeling weak in my legs, my workouts now feel a lot harder and my legs feel like they'll give out
2. tight legs and muscle cramps or spasms
3. random shooting pains around my body
My health anxiety started a year ago with this worried and has come back around. I've had a few doctors do basic neurological testing but no scans or bloodwork. What are the chances?

That is very common things to have. Why are you so sure it is MS? Hypocondriacs obsessing over one disease may convince themself because of a feeling here and there. For other hypocondriacs, whose obsessing themself over cancer, the same things you describe are convincing them they have cancer. That is how anxiety works.

I guess I just feel like I used to be stronger, and that this constellation of symptoms is suspicious

I have the same exact symptoms myself. I get twitches as well. It's hard with bodily sensations when you have HA. It sends you in to a spiral. I had a nuerological exam to but no MRI or other tests either. They said I was fine. Still worried though.
