Ingrown Hair/Pimple on Neck & Lymph Node

Hello

Yesteday I felt a painful bumb on the back of my neck. It feels like a pimple/cyst/ingrown hair. tHe hair on the back of my neck tends to grow fast and thick. Right next to where this bump is a lymph node I have had for years. It fluctuates somewhat.

For some reason, me feeling this ingrown hair has triggered bad health anxiety because it is near my lymph node. Its weird because I had my annual physical exam a little under a month ago and all of my tests/blood work came back normal. I figured that if I had something serious like lymphoma then I would be really sick.
I feel fine right now. This annoying pimple or whatever it is is driving me crazy.

Does anyone have any insight? I am also a 28 year old male.
