sertraline 200mg questions

hi, was reading through some of the sertraline posts and was wonderering if these meds are supposed to make anxiety less at the end of the so called 3 months. im on week 3 of 200mg and before that i was on 100-150mg for about 6 weeks. my anxiety hasnt went down much with the thinking and have become obsessed about breathing and panic attacks and thinking something weird or that im going to just die, its horrible. i am also on 5mg of triflouperazine. im also getting some kind of pain every so often in the back my head, im guessing it could be a side effect of going back on stelazine. has anyone been on the 200mg dose and does it get better. thanks
