Lump on tonsil

I noticed a lump on one of my tonsils, pressed it and loads of tonsil stones came out... Looked again this evening and there's still a lump there. I know i need to see the Dr but I've now got the whole weekend to worry about this.. Anyone had anything similar and it didn't end up being cancer?

You've got the whole weekend knowing there are still tonsil stones in there.

Positive thoughts

I can't find anything on Google to say tonsil stones cause lumps.. And now ive been prodding it, it looks even worse!!
