Thank you Pulisa.
I lost my mum in 2013.
A very thoughtful post Pulisa :hugs:
Thank you for this Pulisa, it is indeed a tough one.
It's 32 years since I lost my Mum so I'm hardened to all the Mother's Day hype and commercialisation but for others it's really hard so I just wanted to acknowledge this xx
I lost my mother in 2008, just as Mrs. PM was about to leave hospital after a five month stay.
Fifteen months later, Mrs. PM died herself - today (27/3) is the twelfth anniversary of this event.
Yesterday my sister sent me a text message saying "Are you going to put some flowers on Mum? We're off to a beer festival". I came very close to saying "why don't you forfeit a round of beer and put some on her yourself?"
I'm so sorry that your sister's message was so insensitive especially as today must be incredibly painful for you.
Sending you a hug PM.
What a beautiful thought Pulisa xx
PM…..thinking if you on what must be a difficult day for you :hugs:
Happy Mothers Day to all the mums on no more panic
I Hope you all have had a lovely day and got spoiled
lot's of love to you all
