constant worry about breathing

hi guys
so thebreathing issue has been a problem for me for years with the anxiety and as i have asthma also its making it worse. my asthma peak flow is normal as is my heart rate and oxygen levels. but i always feel like my breathing aint right and that my throat feels tight and restricted.
does anyone else have this all the time??
