Sexual thoughts about my family

Hello everyone I am 12 years old. Since the beginning of 7th grade I've had bad thoughts (sexual) about my mother. They haunt me everyday and I sometimes get so upset I cry. I do not tell any of my parents. It has kinda gone away from me but now my brain is thinking about my grandma!! This is SICK I hate myself for these thoughts. I sometimes masturbate and I'll be thinking about something and my grandma or mom will pop up and I feel sick to my stomach and just hate myself so much. Is this normal? I do have a good relationship with my mom and grandma because they do a lot for me. So, please help is this normal?? :weep::weep::weep::weep:

I am also a little OCD. If that has anything to do with it.

Do not worry about it. Intrusive thoughts are a big part of OCD. The fact it makes you feel very uncomfortable confirms that, i know its difficult but learn to see it as just another OCD thought, it means nothing.. just another annoying thought.

Why is it that no one else has these bad thoughts?

Many do, and would just think 'thats weird' to themselves and drop it there. Its the uncomfortable emotional response that some people get which keep these thoughts repeating. The more that horrible thoughts get pushed away, the more they reappear.. I would take a look at the OCD sub forum on here where you will find a lot of posts about this kind of thing. It's not just you and there is nothing 'wrong' with you!
