slowly starting to feel better

hi all! After about about 8 weeks of dealing will panic attacks and anxiety i have slowly started to feel a bit better and normal. Over the past 3 day each day has been slghtly better than the one before. This is good but i'm still getting little zaps of panic and fear throu the day, this annoys me because i keep thinking that i'm not any better even thou its obvious i am!
I hope this is the tail end of my attacks and that i can start to live my life again instead of feeling like a zombie all day!
