I have really bad anxiety about traveling on my own.

I have suffered with Anxiety for as long as I remember and struggle to leave my house because of it. It's honestly ruining my life as this point. I have a train journey coming up on the weekend which involves me switching at two different stations to get different trains. I can not tell you how frightened I am, this is something I can not get out of and must do so not going isn't an option. Any tips on how to manage this?

All I can say is, just get out there and do it. Whenever I get this I feel a lot of relief at the half way point of the trip when you come back home. I just do my best to get through the first half ans then it’s smooth sailing.
