can anyone please advise on this ..........
when out walking , i feel and see the floor move fast and exactly at the same time I get a thud in my chest.
I cant decide if the thud in the chest causes the floor to move or does the vision of the floor moving make me have the thud in the chest.
does anyone else get this ?
