IBS Sufferers - Loose stools in morning only?

To all IBS sufferers:

I've been having either diarrhea, "muddy", or loose stools pretty much only in the morning. I go twice a day and the afternoon bowel is usually back to normal.

It's accompanied by the typical urgency and I really can't hold it in to see if it will solidify after waiting a few hours.

I'm terrified of colon cancer or something else because this is technically a change in habits for me, but only in consistency and it's not even a constant change over the whole day! :weep:

My doctor is running some tests on me, but in the meantime I personally am hoping its something like IBS that is anxiety related. Every morning I'm woken up by my 2 loving boys which is not the most relaxing way to wake up. I'm wondering if this is some sort of stress reaction?
