After s breakthrough anxiety blip my Dr would like me to try 30mg. I'm currently on 20mg .. I did try 40mg weeks ago but it left me feeling disconnected and spaced out.
I'm to take 2x20 one day and then 1x20 the next, does that sound right to equate to 30mg?
At the moment I take the 20mg each morning, should I do that for the 40 dose or one in the morning and one at night?
I'm quite sensitive to meds, so want to get this right.
