Hello to you all - Relapse 🙈

Hello to you all 👋
I’m back again since I’ve been doing so well - even managed to go abroad! But now I don’t have a holiday to plan and my hours at work have been cut from full to part time. I worry about not being busy enough to distract myself from anxiety - aaannnd it’s come back again! Ahhh!
I know there’s nothing physically wrong with me BUT I worry I won’t be able to handle it this time and fear it will push me to the edge...do any of you experience this? Like I know I’m not dying, physically ill etc...I’m more scared of the actual thoughts/panic.
Any help, thoughts etc will be greatly appreciated.
